Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daytoday restaurant operations
- Assist in preparation for restaurant service and table set up
- To ensure the quality and consistency of service provided to guests
- Manage stocks and inventories
- Manage guest's complaints effectively
- Maintain good housekeeping regime and report defects in furniture and equipment
Requirements:
- For Supervisors / Captains
- At least 23 years of relevant experience
- Customeroriented with strong interpersonal communication
- A wellgroomed and professional appearance
- Good command of spoken English
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
