Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive at Marine Equipment Supplier

  • Competitive Salary: Up to $3500
  • Permanent Position with 14 days Annual Leave, AWS, and Medical Benefits
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.15pm
  • Location: Sembawang (Company Transport Available from Admiralty, Clementi, Sengkang, Tampines MRT)
  • Opportunity to work with a reputable Marine equipment supplier (MNC exposure)
  • **1-year contract – with the possibility of renewal and conversion to a permanent role


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing Accounts Payable tasks including invoice entries in ERP system
  • Ensuring timely payments and conducting monthly statement reconciliations
  • Organizing and filing payment documents, invoices, staff claims, and supplier Statements of Account
  • Assisting in updating cashflow forecast files


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Ability to start work promptly is highly desirable
