To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for all Aircon equipments.
Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Nitec or higher Nitec in Aircon/Electrical/Mechanical/ACMV.
Good Electrical knowledge to understand wiring diagrams, in order to carry out troubleshooting.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in facility/building maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hardworking and able to multi-task.
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
