The Corporate Secretarial Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Secretarial team whilst gaining valuable experience into the Corporate Secretarial services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping up with due dates for ACRA filings.
- Support the senior in statutory filings with ACRA.
- Manual filings of Minutes and Resolutions.
- Maintenance of an efficient hardcopy filing system.
- Administrative support for Client onboarding or review procedures.
- Any other administrative support as and when needed
Requirements:
- Selfmotivated
- Able to work independently
- Team player with good communication
- Able to work effectively under pressure
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
