Your Role

You will oversee our dynamic team, ensuring the seamless operation of our centre and doubling as a standby teacher when needed. 1. Customer Experience Champion

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations and resolve operational hurdles with agility.

2. Enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and prompt resolution of concerns.

3. Collaborating on marketing campaigns to boost engagement and drive sales.

4. Upholding stringent data accuracy for sales reporting and management reviews.

5. Nurturing team development through regular feedback and tailored training.

7. Advocating for SLCs excellence in external engagements and compliance with all regulations.

Who You Are

1. Malaysian below the age of 30 years.

2. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

3 Experienced with at least 3 years in management, preferably within the education or service sectors.

4. A natural leader equipped with strong motivational and team-building skills.

5. An excellent communicator who values professionalism and has a customer-first mindset.

6. Adept in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
