QC Team Lead
- Perform raw materials and fragrances quality control through organoleptic and physical-chemical analysis.
- Establish processes for production enhancement to elevate quality standards.
- Oversee and conduct investigations into quality issues regarding internal rejections and customer complaints.
- Identify root causes and provide solutions for products that fall below the standard.
- Collaborate with various departments to address quality-related issues.
- Engage with external customers to address technical quality inquiries.
- Manage, enhance, and optimize systems to meet customer needs.
- Ensure follow-up with customers post-shipping incidents.
- Maintain all QC equipment in the QC lab.
- Translate organizational goals into departmental objectives and optimize them.
- Develop analysis schedules based on employee capacities.
- Coordinate, coach, and motivate the team to achieve desired output.
- Monitor and promote departmental output quality.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization to boost efficiency and productivity in APAC.
- Collaborate with the Global QC team for process alignment.
Requirements
- At least a Degree in chemistry, biology, food, or pharmaceutical fields.
- Minimum 5 years in a fragrance company in a technical, analysis, or quality control role, with 1-2 years in a managerial position.
