Job Description

4D Planner & Scheduler

We are in search of a seasoned 4D Planner & Scheduler to join our team for a significant project. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in integrating project timelines with 3D models to generate 4D simulations and overseeing project schedules to guarantee timely achievement of milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 4D models: Utilize advanced 4D software to create and update project models.
  • Integrate 3D models with project schedules: Combine 3D visuals with project timelines for enhanced simulations.
  • Analyze 4D models: Identify spatial conflicts and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams: Understand project goals and embed them in 4D models.
  • Present 4D simulations: Demonstrate project timelines and potential issues to stakeholders.
  • Update 4D models: Regularly adjust models to reflect project changes.
  • Develop and manage project schedules: Monitor progress and adjust schedules in collaboration with project teams.
  • Identify schedule risks: Recognize potential issues and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Report project progress: Provide updates and forecasts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven expertise as a 4D Planner and Scheduler in large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in 4D tools like Synchro, Navisworks, or equivalent.
  • Solid grasp of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
