Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prototype ideas rapidly, drive architecture discussions, and propose solutions to system and product changes.
  • Prompt engineering LLMs like GPTs, LLaMA, Claude for various NLP tasks for zeroshot/fewshot inference.
  • Select/collect appropriate annotated data for training/finetuning ML models.
  • Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.
  • Develop & train ML/DL/NLP models according to requirements.
  • Test and deploy trained models/systems on cloud services as required
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure that the bank's production release process is adhered to

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
  • Good knowledge and fundamentals in NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning model optimization, transfer learning, and prompt engineering with LLMs like GPT3, GPT3.5, GPT4, and Claude.
  • Experience with stateoftheart NLP models such as GPT, BERT, T5, and transformerbased models.
  • Good skills in Python (preferably scikitlearn, FastAPI & Strawberry) and willingness to learn other languages as
required by the project

  • Good knowledge on SQL, joining and worked on database like MySQL or Oracle or any other related database
  • Ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Strong interests in learning about recent developments in Gen AI and machine learning through own initiatives
