The Client is a global aerospace component manufacturer.

  • Develop CMM programs for New Part Introduction (NPI)
  • To support the calibration lab with complex gauge and fixture calibration
  • Engage in improvement initiatives.
  • High level of CMM programming skills
  • Ability to assist in maintaining calibration lab activities
  • Offer technical support to the production cells.
  • Train and hone QA inspectors' CMM usage and basic programming skills
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, and continuously improve inspection methods and procedures
  • Provider of solutions and cooperative member of a team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent, plus at least two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • CMM programming knowledge, preferably experience with PCDMIS (Brown & Sharpe)
  • Advanced knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of parts drawings
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English
  • Basic computer and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
  • Selfmotivated, able to prioritize and organize work, willingness to multitask.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to $2,800.00 per month
