Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret machine specifications
  • Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools to perform machine operations
  • Carry out inprocess measurements and troubleshooting
  • Perform necessary fabrication of machine parts
  • Machine process involving milling, grinding and EDM
  • Perform smoothing, polishing, or grinding of stainless steel objects
  • Operate wire/cut, EDM and super drill machinery
  • Handle highprecision tools to meet micronlevel specifications
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned
