Location:
Changi Airport (Mostly air-conditioned areas)

2-month probation + 6-month or 1-year contract (with option to renew)

~$12/ hour

3 shifts available: 0700hr to 1500hr, 1500hr to 2300hr, 2300hr to 0700hr

Job Scope

  • Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad) Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)

Job requirements and expectations

  • Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
  • Proficient in the use of iOS or Android tablets
  • Past experience in customer service, traffic counting or as market research surveyor /interviewer would be beneficial
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between) Able to commit at least 15 days a month, including 1 weekend day
