Our Client's Service/Product:

A trusted travel agency seeking an adept Account Manager to lead its accounting team.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manages the accounting team responsible for both Inbound and Outbound Departments
  • Ensures complete, accurate, and timely submission of all Management reports to the regional office and Japan HQ, as well as all statutory reports required by the government
  • Ensures compliance with accounting standards, policies, regulations, and internal controls
  • Conducts analysis, budgeting, planning, and back-office support functions to ensure business success
  • Coordinates with the Corporate Secretary for timely submission of audited financial statements for ACRA filing and preparation of Directors' Resolution
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

The Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Knowledgeable in Government statutory reports
  • Proven ability to produce results and manage company resources effectively
