Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing and maintaining HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and processes
- Foster a positive work environment by enhancing management and employee relations and handling grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including creating job descriptions and conducting background checks
- Administrate HR functions such as payroll, CPF, income tax, leave management, and claims processing
- Supervise performance evaluations, salary benchmarking, learning and development, and career planning
- Ensure employee safety, welfare, insurance coverage, and business continuity plans
- Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and support business requirements
- Oversee the employee offboarding process and ensure legal compliance in HR practices
- Document HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism / F&B related field
- Minimum 8 years of managerial experience, preferably in upscale dining establishments
- Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to adapt to evolving business landscapes
- Capability to work independently and lead teams in a diverse and dynamic setting
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail
