Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementing and maintaining HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and processes
  • Foster a positive work environment by enhancing management and employee relations and handling grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including creating job descriptions and conducting background checks
  • Administrate HR functions such as payroll, CPF, income tax, leave management, and claims processing
  • Supervise performance evaluations, salary benchmarking, learning and development, and career planning
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, insurance coverage, and business continuity plans
  • Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and support business requirements
  • Oversee the employee offboarding process and ensure legal compliance in HR practices
  • Document HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree / Professional Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism / F&B related field
  • Minimum 8 years of managerial experience, preferably in upscale dining establishments
  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to adapt to evolving business landscapes
  • Capability to work independently and lead teams in a diverse and dynamic setting
  • Customer-focused with great attention to detail
