**A Day in the Life
**This role will provide administrative support to a project or program within a functional group or business process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on gathering, coordinating data and maintaining data integrity for project prioritization, resource utilization, cost savings, and site KPIs
  • Provide support to analysis of data and ensure that nonMSO resource requests via Resource First are coordinated with site AOP and resource planning
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports, such as bandwidth measurement, project review and assessment via the PMO Board
  • Provide administrative and maintenance support to standard work on Tier Structure (meeting, boards, data integrity, data depository)
  • Provide maintenance support to various platforms such as Teams and Sharepoint sites
  • Provide assistance in the maintenance of programs/operations guidelines and procedures.
  • Support preparation and facilitate site project review meetings and ensuring active projects are aligned to key EAC platform and site strategic projects.
  • Provide support to ensure flawless horizontal deployment function from GO&SC senior leadership initiatives
  • Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area Adhoc assignments from the organization

Must Have
