Job Title:
Accountant (ID1405)

Location:
Woodlands

Working Hours: 5.5 days, 44 hours per week, Alt Sat.

Salary:
$2800 - $3000

  • Keeping full sets of accounts
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation for all General Ledger accounts
  • Inventory Management e.g. stock code creation, inventory adjustments
  • Ensure timely, accurate monthend closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
  • Execute Hyperion reporting
  • Prepares VAT reconciliation
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax agents where required
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filings and reporting requirements per corporate and statutory guidelines
  • Assist in finance ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 6 years of Fullset account experience.
