  • Operating and maintaining noodlemaking machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately according to recipe specifications.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Packaging finished products and preparing them for distribution.
  • Assisting with inventory management.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
