Summary:

The Position: The Distribution Operations Analyst oversees operations within the Qorvo Distribution Department, ensuring compliance with processes, policies, tools, and procedures.

  • Operate within a top-tier Distribution Operations organization at Qorvo by following distribution processes rigorously.
  • The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to Channel Data Management (CDM) processes and systems, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks Include:

  • Executing Channel Data & Revenue Management processes while comprehending the following:
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity, quality, and accuracy of channel data for all CDM business processes such as Design registration, Ship & debit, Price protection, Scrap allowance, Workflow management, Accurate POS and inventory reporting from Qorvo partners, and Price book maintenance.
  • Performing Master Data cleaning and maintenance.
  • Identifying and resolving reporting discrepancies and communicating outcomes effectively.
  • Providing support for precise weekly reporting, system resolution, and quarter-end activities related to Inventory and POS reporting.
  • Collaborating with various external and internal stakeholders (sales, sales reps, distributors, sales operations, finance, planning, forecasting, etc.) to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Developing and upholding work instructions and training materials for business processes.
  • Participating in training sessions for internal and external users on CDM and related business processes when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Marketing, or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
  • Preferred proficiency with SAP but not mandatory.
  • Business acumen - ability to connect the dots across business functions and a solid understanding of business processes.
  • Prior experience with B2B channel sales, channel data management processes, and automation tools, preferably in the semiconductor or technology sector, though not obligatory.
  • Self-driven, proactive, strong problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, international experience is a significant advantage.
