Job Summary:
In this role, you will perform a series of end-to-end policy transaction requests across the Shield Policy Management Team.

As part of this dynamic team, you will report to a Team Lead and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly to ensure timely and seamless customer experience.


Job Descriptions:

  • Process Shield end to end policy transaction requests in accordance to guidelines, service standard and quality
  • Perform policy assessment and judgment on Shield policy changes
  • Follow up with customers on Shield transaction requests
  • Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on Shield Policy Servicing matters
  • Identify internal process improvement opportunities for improving efficiency and customer centricity
