Castlery is looking for an
Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our
Finance team.


Our Finance Team, headquartered here in Singapore, is in charge of maintaining and ensuring all Accounting and Finance operations are running smoothly.

You will be part of a specialized and fast-paced team managing Castlery's finances across the Singapore, Australia, and the United States.

You'll also be given an opportunity to work on various projects, which includes system implementation and process improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Involved in the full spectrum of AR function.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording, and reconciling the accounts receivables in compliance with financial policies and procedures, ensure timely monthly financial close through activities such as:
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with accounts receivable policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Assist sales and operations in reviewing receipt records.
  • Process credit notes and refunds in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties including banks and payment gateways.
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and sharing of best practices.
  • Any other adhoc Finance related tasks or projects assigned to you.

What you'll need

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience working in an Accounting role highly advantageous.
  • Good understanding in accounting principles, fair credit, and collection practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems and MS Office. Prior experience Oracle NetSuite will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
