Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full sets of accounts such as daytoday accounting function and monthend closing
  • Process payments, petty cash, staff claims and etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Cash flow report
  • Filing all financial files, records and relevant documents
  • Liaise with bankers, tax agent, external auditors and corporate secretary
  • Perform administrative & HR duties, including processing payroll and CPF submission, IR8A, maintenance of Employee P file and leave management
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in full sets of accounts and admin work
  • A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (excel & word)
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting software IS A MUST
  • Preferably Singaporean and able to start work within short notice
