  • Identify and evaluate relevant experience opportunities that are aligned with NEON strategies in:
  • Creating an enhanced customer experience
- increasing brand awareness, and
- driving repeat visitation and transactions throughout show duration.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Senior Management, Regional Teams, and Team Members to establish targets and objectives for his/her team and evaluate operational budget monthly against plan to evaluate operational needs.
  • Enable and support a culture of communication, collaboration, knowledge, and professional growth to build strong relationships amongst the teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work on other adhoc initiatives as required in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible days and hours as required by the business.

  • Work closely with Retail team to maximise photo ops revenue via accesibility and ease of operations.
  • Work closely with Retail team for merchandising opportunities and monetization activations.

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience in overseeing large events and project management.
  • An interest and aptitude to work in event planning, retail, logistics or associated management fields.
  • Responsible, resilient and willing to work long hours.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to work with confidential data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Have experience managing people in a fastpaced customer facing environment.
**Please take note that this is a 6 months' contract role.
