Job Description:

  • Friendly work culture
  • A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities (able to switch departments depending on suitability)
  • Weekends required when there are wedding events

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing decoration items for wedding events
  • Setting up and tearing down of decoration items
  • Planning of event timeline for delivery
  • Managing manpower/logistics for events
  • Exposure to wedding venues (hotels, restaurants), building good rapport with venue managers and staff

Requirements:

  • Chinese preferred, as we mainly deal with Chinese Weddings (knowledge of chinese wedding traditions is a plus)
  • Polytechnic or University students are welcome
  • No experience required as will be guided properly by management
  • Willingness to learn, strong problem solving and initiative are ideal skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
