Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
  • Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems at sites and maintain effective WSHE related work plans.
  • Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects and workers safe work practices.
  • Conduct site inspection on work activities to ensure implementation of safe work procedures.
  • Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report
  • Investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences and recommend remedial measures to prevent any recurrences.
  • Carry out risk assessment for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site.
  • Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily tool box meeting.
  • Plan, administer and implement safety policy and safety procedures in compliance with MOM safety regulations
  • Familiarize with
    ISO & GGBS Audit requirements and make preparation for the Audit.
  • Ensure project's compliance with all statutory requirements at all time.
  • Identify any unsafe conditions or unsafe work practices and recommend / implement reasonably practicable measures to correct the situation.
  • All other adhoc duties and responsibility as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent / WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Possess a valid
    registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
  • Possess a valid registration with NEA as Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore Building Construction Industry
  • Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations
  • A good team player who is handson and meticulous in his work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 6day work week
  • Dynamic, selfmotivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$3, $6,500.00 per month
