Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Full Set Account Executive to oversee daily accounting activities encompassing AP, AR, and GL functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting full set account operations.
  • Leading and supervising a team of accountants to ensure top-notch performance within the Accounting department.
  • Assisting in inputting receipts and customer invoices into the accounting system.
  • Conducting Bank reconciliation activities.
  • Processing suppliers' payments.
  • Managing petty cash reimbursements.
  • Handling any additional assigned tasks from management on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience in FMCG-related industries.
  • Self-reliant with outstanding leadership abilities, orderly, and detail-oriented.
  • Availability to work one Saturday (half-day) per month.
