Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide full admin support
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the operation team
- Support operation team in daily admin roles
- Undertake any adhoc admin duties as required
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' level or ITE in Office Skills
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
