Requirements:

  • I Develop my sports' performances : services solutions, adapted to suit my customer and across all channels (physical, digital).
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through close interactions.
  • Offer our customers a seamless and smooth Omni-Channel Experience through the
Decathlon app.

  • Offer workshop services for personalizing my customer's product, or extending its lifespan.

  • Set up physical experiencebased layouts that highlight the range of our products & services.
  • Ensure the physical availability of our products (store and online stock, orders, etc.).
