Your Role:

Your Opportunity:

  • Prepare detailed sales orders for processing, aligning with company procedures and standards
  • Ensure customer orders are structured in accordance with internal policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Analyze daily product fulfillment and invoicing of customer orders for software subscriptions, hardware, and licenses for automation discrepancies
  • Identify, investigate and resolve billing issues with the assistance of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Finance and Technology teams to analyze errors and trace back to root cause
  • Review distributor and reseller sales transactions processed through high velocity channel portals
  • Maintain and update customer records in billing system, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity
  • Engage in the implementation of continuous process improvement within Billing Operations including automation, system integration, and coordination with internal teams and customers to achieve timely, efficient and accurate billings at scale
  • Assist customers and resellers/distributors as needed to ensure accurate translation of contract and billing information
  • Effectively manage and triage billingrelated inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues pertaining to customer orders
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development initiatives, and best practices relevant to Billing Operations

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of billing operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or subscription software environment
  • Required to work in the local Tenable office two days per week
  • Must have the ability to work overtime to align with key business timelines
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated independent thinking and relationship management
  • High attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and problem solving in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Information Technology or Finance or equivalent work experience

And Ideally:

  • Salesforce, NetSuite and Tableau system experience
