  • Lead in maintaining business relationship and supplier development, represent the organization
  • Lead cost initiatives and negotiate with direct purchase and suppliers
  • Contract negotiation and management with suppliers
  • Monitor products costs and optimize procurement areas
  • Ensure procurement compliance to processes and required documentations
  • Oversee the promotion of material status
  • Drive cost reduction processes and lead sourcing activities
  • Monitor industrial market situation and technology trends, introduce competitive suppliers and product innovations
  • Manage supplier compliance and supply assurance
  • Manage Commodity supply localization and ensure supply transfer
  • Responsible for Drift cost targets tracking
  • Negotiate/ Present negotiation results

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering, preferably with R&D background
  • Minimum 5 years of Supplier Commodity, Sourcing Management, and Strategic Procurement experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • BOM/Costing/Engineering analysis and supply chain management experience
  • Leadership skills with managerial aspirations
