- Take care all aspect of Sales in B2B markets from product planning, development to customer relationship in ASEAN markets for Key Accounts.

- Provides support for market analysis including industry and market trends, market size, stability or change within value chain, detailed knowledge of customers and competitors, and feasibility of growth opportunities

- Develop strategic sales plan for the region and assist country teams to implement the regional plan.

- Drive the new product development process and assist in product launches.

- Provide analysis on market trends/competitive landscape and present findings to stakeholders from all levels.

- Work closely with product, procurement and marketing team to fulfil sales plan.

- Have extensive knowledge of company products and services so that they are ready to answer any questions from customers

- Closes sales on assigned products and with assigned customers, with supervision

**The Successful Applicant

- Provide leadership and coaching to junior team members

- Previous experience in sales/marketing management is an advantage.

- Sales experiences in the lighting industry highly preferrable.

- Adapting to fast changes and keeping abreast of competitor's activities are essential to the success in this role.
