Roles & Responsibilities

Stoked Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program/ Project Director to lead both internal and external programs within the group, encompassing design and build teams to run seamlessly across sister companies. The Program Director will be responsible for developing an improved framework for all project matters, managing pitching, execution, and closing out external programs, and implementing ESG methodology across construction projects within the design and build framework.

About the Job:

Internal Program Management

  • Seamless Integration: Oversee the seamless integration and coordination of design and build teams across sister companies within the group.
  • Framework Development: Design and implement improved frameworks for all project matters, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the internal program to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

External Program Management

  • Pitching: Lead the pitching process for external projects, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and presentation delivery.
  • Execution: Oversee the execution of external programs, ensuring all projects are completed according to scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Closing Out: Manage the closing out process for external programs, including final deliverable handovers, client satisfaction assessments, and project closeout documentation.
  • Project Management
  • Microsoft Project Implementation: Utilize Microsoft Project to create Gantt charts and manage project timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • ESG Methodology: Develop and implement ESG methodology for all construction projects within the design and build framework, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices are integrated into every project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status, updates, and potential issues effectively.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly within design and build or construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including the use of Microsoft Project and Gantt charts.
  • Experience with ESG practices and methodologies in construction and design projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
