Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre and post tour work, which include planning of tours, tour logistics, risk management and collection of customer feedback
  • Involve in direct tour operations such as being facilitator, host, tech and admin in both physical and virtual tours;
  • Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff;
  • Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner;
  • Assist in product development and developmentbased projects;
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook);
  • Assist in customer service (i.e. handling of tour enquiries and bookings) and lead generation when required; and
  • Other adhoc and admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Those who studied tourism and hospitality is preferred
  • Visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner
  • Working experience in tourismrelated industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • Fresh grads welcomed to apply
