The Role:

  • Successfully partner with stakeholders to deliver on the endtoend recruitment process across all roles
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process and advise managers on the current market and our recruitment processes
  • Volume recruitment for front line
  • Direct resourcing using job boards as well as social media and referral campaigns
  • Use our careers portal and talent network tools to drive greater visibility of career opportunities to existing employees
  • Building internal relationships with line managers and stakeholders
  • Support the wider talent team projects and activities where required.
  • Be a HRBP for one of the business lines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within either internal or agency recruitment is highly desirable but not essential
  • Ideally we would like someone with previous exposure recruiting high volume roles and end to end recruitment
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be able to work under pressure and multi task
  • Able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Be a real team player
