About the Role
Ready to take your career in E-commerce to new heights? Join us as an E-commerce Executive for the exciting Singapore market


As the E-commerce Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our company's online activities, driving growth and success on various online marketplaces in Singapore.

Working closely with our marketing team, you'll craft and execute cutting-edge e-commerce strategies to boost revenue, enhance user experience, and attract and retain customers in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of managing and optimizing our online presence across popular Singaporean marketplaces like Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, Suu Balm estore, and more. Your creative touch will ensure products are showcased attractively, captivating the Singaporean audience.
  • Data is your superpower You'll closely monitor sales and analytics data on Singapore's marketplaces, using datadriven insights to enhance performance and optimize listings tailored to the local market.
  • Collaborate with our talented marketing team to craft and execute engaging ecommerce campaigns, including sponsored ads, affiliate programs, and other exciting campaigns that will make our brand stand out in Singapore.
  • Keep a watchful eye on Singapore marketplace performance metrics, tracking revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention to ensure we're always ahead of the game.
  • Think outside the box Identify and implement new marketplace opportunities in Singapore, whether it's introducing new products, leveraging new features, or exploring different channels to skyrocket our revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • As an Ecommerce enthusiast, you'll stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in Singapore's ecommerce landscape, continuously sharing your valuable insights and recommendations with our dynamic team

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of ecommerce experience under your belt, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment, with a strong focus on Singapore's online marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Singapore marketplace analytics tools (e.g. Lazada Seller Center, Qoo10 Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center)
  • Experienced with online marketplace platforms in Singapore, such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, and others
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders in Singapore
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for the Singapore market
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing channels tailored for the Singapore market is a plus
