JR54095 Senior Engineer, Global Facilities AT Tool InstallationJob Description:As the Global Facilities Tool Installation role at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead the enhancement of AT Manufacturing in collaboration with Site Facilities, Global Procurement & TD network. This entails aligning and executing global business strategies, driving continuous improvements to meet industry standards for TI.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the TI program, mentoring project managers to achieve business objectives, ensuring resource alignment, defining material specifications based on technical evaluation, and harmonizing business procedures across Micron manufacturing sites for DRAM and NAND. Additionally, you will optimize BKMs to maintain Micron's leadership in global TI. International travel may be necessary due to the global scope of this role.
This position demands flexibility, strong global relationship management, effective communication, presentation skills, and providing quality data analysis for senior management decision-making. Attention to detail is crucial to manage changes effectively. A deep understanding of structure, identifying optimization opportunities, and benchmarking are also essential.
Responsibilities:- Drive and support site TI projects.
- Track global TI project schedules.
- Drive BKM alignment.
- Ensure TSR and TUM Data System Alignment.
- Standardize Tool Installation Design Packages.
- Standardize Facilities Capacity Planning Systems.
- Align TI Material specifications.
- Consolidate documentation for all tool module types.
- Manage Bid Sheet alignment and tracking.
- Establish strong relationships with Sites, Facilities, and Supplier teams.
- Promote best safety practices across all sites.
- Influence global peer groups to align on strategies and goals.
- Create goal setting and development plans for each team member.
- Encourage team members to propose ideas and support their implementation.
- Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize issues.
- Foster a positive work environment through conflict management.
- Maintain relationships across different areas and organizations for effective teamwork.
- Track metrics to benchmark Fabs Performance.
- Share BKMs across sites and ensure compliance.
- Provide tactical support for Safety, Output, and Cost.
- Collaborate with fab teams to solve problems.
- Lead the alignment of BKMs across fabs in the network.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to align globally on BKMs and processes.
- Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable and effective in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Interface with suppliers professionally.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when required.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understanding of PAC and tool process releases is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience in a 300mm FAB.
