Proactively support the wealth management APAC Operations in daily, weekly, monthly tasks and related projects. The roles could cover the following focus.


Provide support to our client advisors to ensure all clients' documents are properly reviewed and processed, including product subscription documents, Tax document, AML/KYC related documents, etc.


Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of our operational requirements, including operational processing, controls, support of regulatory/audit responses, risk remediation etc when required.

Analyze/escalate process issues to supervisor/manager and identify/suggest possible process improvements and automation where applicable.

Your expertise

One years of experince in AML/Onboarding/KYC


Good communication skills, i.e., able to articulate the operational processes and risks, able to handle queries from internal/external stakeholders appropriately.

Team player with positive working attitude and demonstrates good learning agility.

adaptable to changing market situations, technology and business needs with a growth mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience of the relevant banking product, accounting technics and principles, services and operational processes is a plus.
