  • Assist in maintaining of all HACCP related records
  • Daily 3PL warehouse stocks withdrawal (Storbest, Mandai Link, Tian Sheng and Flow)

  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments on logistics and stock inventory related matters etc.
  • Conversion and printing of invoices and proper filing.
  • Receiving goods on local purchase and external warehouse transfer.
  • Responsible for all stationery requirements for the logistics department.
  • Carry out warehouse administrative tasks and follow operational directive.
  • Warehouse related administration documentation.g and repository management.
  • Scanning and repository management.
  • Ensure all incoming goods to be received in the SAP System and in accordance with procurement instruction or information, and according to the company policies.
  • Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy office environment. Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hands on SAP experience will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year in administration work in warehouse, supply chain in manufacturing, and distribution industry
  • Effective communication with fellow team members
  • Flexible to work 5.5 work week (alternate Saturday)
