Responsibilities

• Assist in employees onboarding and ensure proper documentations of new employees are complete prior to onboarding
• Updating and maintaining of employees' related data in HRIS and personnel file
• Provide support in training operations and administrations
• Provide day to day operational and administrative support for the wide spectrum of HR management functions.
• Assist in any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and learning agility
• Ability to work as part of a team, detailoriented and organization skills
• Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a "cando" mind set
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Internship Commitment

• Ability to commit at least 6 months on fulltime basis are preferred
