What the role is

  • Responsibilities

You will be a key member of NParks' community engagement division, with special focus on the Garden City Fund, a registered charity and institution of public character that champions community involvement and ownership of our natural heritage through partnerships.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Organise meetings (internal and with potential partners)
  • Manage database and the website
  • Oversee donor communications and cultivation (including financial procedures such as tax deduction receipts and acknowledgement letters)
  • Any other duties as assigned

  • Requirements
  • Areas of study: Mass communications, marketing, business administration or related discipline
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Strong Communication skills with Proficiency in English
