    Responsibilities:
  • Handson, actively involved in daytoday operations, and have extensive experience in fullspectrum HR operations including talent acquisition and management in regions such as SEA, US
  • Engage key stakeholders and business leaders to understand business requirements and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Interpret and guide HR policies in collaboration with line management.
  • Advise line managers and employees on HRrelated issues i.e. performance management, employee disciplinary, postretirement, industrial relations, cessation, compensation and benefit matters.
  • Analyse and carry out manpower planning for all business units.
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development.
  • Implement talent management systems encompassing recruitment and selection, performance management, succession planning, structured career pathways and competency framework.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
  • Assist with yearend management, such as promotions, bonuses, and salary increases.
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process for Asia and manage compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management.
  • Indepth knowledge of APAC, Australia, and Japan Employment Laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate complexity in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a keen commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
