Brand Marketing Associate Director

Reporting to the founder, the Brand Marketing Associate Director at illion will play a crucial role in driving the commercialization of our unique long-lasting flowers and expanding our product portfolio to include luxury gifts.

This position requires a strategic and creative thinker with a strong business acumen, a passion for our products, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.


Responsibilities:

Commercialization and Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our longlasting flowers and luxury gift offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to create compelling content and PR campaigns that generate awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Create value propositions and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to the target audience.

Brand Evangelism and Market Share Growth:

  • Lead the team in achieving global marketing pipeline targets, contributing to increased market share and customer acquisition.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product and marketing innovation.

Budget Management and ROI:

  • Take full P&L responsibility, managing the marketing budget effectively and ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions, translating them into actionable strategies and plans.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive gotomarket strategies for our product portfolio, including longlasting flowers and luxury gifts, ensuring impactful and successful launches.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop integrated global marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, and sales acceleration.

Customer Experience and Market Leadership:

  • Lead the market with innovative offerings that provide a competitive advantage, uphold the brand promise, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understand and champion the needs and motivations of our customers, identifying opportunities to better serve and engage with the audience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, with a minimum of 810 years (fresh graduates with unique perspective are welcome too) of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or gifting industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a salesfocused mindset and the ability to translate data and insights into effective marketing strategies and action plans.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Experience in budget management and reporting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Expert knowledge of industry trends and insights in the luxury goods and gifting sector.
  • Selfmotivated and adaptable, thriving in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
