The Global Data Center Strategy and Planning Team is a group of high-performing problem solvers inciting tactical and strategic changes to enhance data center processes and productivity as well as mitigating risks for the franchise.

The Infrastructure Analyst / Project Manager is an intermediate level role within this team and is responsible for effectively collaborating with peers, partners, and global clients to identify data center related initiatives and driving these initiatives to an effective outcome.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple complex strategic initiatives partnering with streams across multiple business disciplines
  • Identifies and oversees endtoend strategic initiatives with focus on project planning, reporting, issue / risk identification and tracking, scope management, financial estimation, client and relationship management, and overall related documentation
  • Provide guidance and expertise to ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within budget and to stakeholders' specifications
  • Communicate to, escalate, and seek support as necessary with clients, stakeholders, and senior management and work with both internal and external third parties to develop strategic initiatives
  • Research, develop and present sound business cases to support initiatives using PowerPoint
  • Work with team members and streams across different time zones as required

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of data center operations, facilities, and capacity management
  • Highly experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful change in areas in need of improvement
  • Ability to work with virtual / inperson teams, and under pressure / to deadlines
  • Proficiency in building and articulating business cases from a financial perspective
  • Experience working with a global organization preferred
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
