This role involves setting up new business operations, managing day to day operations for assigned businesses and ensuring that portfolio businesses meet business objectives through operation excellence.


Job Requirements:

  • Play a critical role in the growth of the company by managing operations performance of assigned subsidiary businesses.
  • Manage day to day operations for assigned subsidiary businesses (manpower, shifts, costs, service standards, trainings, SOP).
  • Work with Projects & Strategy department to setup business operations for new projects.
  • Coordinate and work with operations team to conduct maintenance and improvements.
