Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 14 to 16 years of experience in marketing, selling and
product management of spine implants, out of which 4 to 5 years

experince in team management.

  • Must possess leadership qualities in managing spine team
  • Must be technically strong and knowledgeable in spine products
  • Must also have direct experience in supporting spine cases in
operation theatres in hospitals

  • Experience in building and training spine team
  • Must have good relationship with spine surgeons in Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the spine business as well sales/technical
team for spine products and make sure that the surgeons are

supported well during the spine cases.

  • Support the selling and marketing activities through sales calls, field
training, field visits, case coverage, prepare reports, etc.

  • Set the annual sales targets Perform competitive product analysis.
  • Together with spine team conduct workshops, provide field education,
assist in inventory, quality system and guiding staff of other

departments too for spine implants.
