Make an Impact by

  • Renewal of service contracts for the Department according to Singtel procurement process.
  • Prepare tender documents and technical specifications to ensure that operational and contractual requirements are met and that Singtel financial guidelines are complied with.
  • Draft and prepare of sourcing of bids for the calling of quotations / tenders and facilitating quotation / tender evaluation and adjudication process including approval papers.
  • Prepare for Waiver of Competition approval for the engagement of specialist contractors / suppliers including the preparation of WOC approval paper.
  • Brief of tender to potential vendors, including logistic arrangement and attendance.
  • Prepare letters of award, compile contract documentations upon approval.
  • Ensure that term contracts are renewed at least 6 to 8 months before contract expiry or before the exhaustion of fund for the contract, whichever comes first and awarded the contract at least 1 month before the expiry of the contract.
  • Collation and dissemination of term contractor assessments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the company to complete the above works.
  • Monitor the status of security deposits and where required, seek the necessary approval to refund such deposits upon expiry of contract.
  • Filling and archival of both hardcopy and softcopies documents
  • Update of master list of contracts in excel or any other formats
  • Perform any other administrative duties and tasks as and when assigned.

Skills for Success

  • At least 3 years' working experience in the related fields of contract management in procurement or facilities management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within short timelines on multiple contracts to avoid unmanageable backlogs and contract expiry of critical contract services
  • Team player with willingness to learn and take on challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong in managing own works and following up with issues.
  • Meticulous and systematic in organizing own work process.
  • Familiar with constructing presentations, organisation communications, and business cases
  • Knowledge of using esourcing tools like Ariba, SAP, etc will be an added advantage
