Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission.
- Timely and accurate update of the change of details requests from clients and submission of paymentrelated forms to the Finance team for processing.
- Perform scanning of hard copies of documents.
- Filing and sorting all related client's correspondences and documents.
- Perform archival of documents after filing has been completed and raise a document recall request when required.
- Ensuring the franking machine is in order and to perform franking of mails.
- Maintaining a safety stock on related inventories.
- Performing data integrity verification, if required.
- Participating in projects assigned to the team.
Requirements:
- O Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Must be able to work within weekly deadlines and to work well independently, as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
