We, Finexis Asset Management (FAM), are a fund management company that holds a Capital Markets Services License to provide fund management services under the Securities and Futures Act, Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:

  • Be the MASTER of full fund operations workflow. Work with the team to achieve smooth and effective operations of daily trade dealing, settlement, reconciliations, NAV checks and daily reporting requirements;
  • Optimize existing processes and workflows to reduce deskbound hours and join us to be the advocator of working SMART;
  • Facilitate investors with a smooth and pleasant investment journey. Establish a STRONG client relationship through onboarding, ongoing engagement and personalized servicing standards;
  • Contribute to robust and effective COMPLIANCE controls within the company and support the team with regular compliance review/examination/testing/reporting;
  • Actively promote process reengineering to streamline or improve existing processes. Enhance operational STANDARDS of the company;
  • Responsible for corporate functions such as finance and recruitment support
  • Responsible for AUDIT and TAX matters for the funds
  • Assist in adhoc projects and other initiatives

  • Experience with Bloomberg AIM, Linedata, or any OMS/PMS will be an added advantage
