About the job

Lead the process design team, C&Q team and project manager, ensure correct design, construction, commissioning and qualification in full compliance with internal requirements and authorities.

Involved in centrifugation, grinding, precipitation, clarification and ultrafiltration unit operations.
Being the representative for all Process-related activities and installations.
Ensuring alignment between equipment suppliers and client Specification and Guidance.
Reviewing design and technical documentation.
Following-up construction & all testing activities.
Ensuring systems start-up and punch list solving.
Providing project support in terms of technical expertise, contractors' management and troubleshooting capabilities.
Facilitating handover process toward the end user.
Reviewing documents for ITT process & contractors' selection.
Detailed design studies review with contractors, including follow up of yellow reviews, functional specifications, piping and vessel design, 3D-model.
Works supervision, Walkdowns performed, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and punch list follow up
Provisional and final acceptances.
Final handover for process packages and systems.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

At least 7 years of experience in the field of Process engineering for capital investments, ranging from early design to facility start-up.

Deep knowledge of commissioning and qualification of similar production trains.
Experience with Centrifugation and Ultrafiltration systems.
Having deep knowledge and expertise in design and implementation of engineering projects.
Good understanding of process descriptions, equipment and control modules according to process and CIP/SIP recipes, functional specifications.
Realization of reviews of process studies, P&IDs.
Review tender packages and oversight contractor's performance.
Integration of operability and EHS requirements at all design steps.
Preparation of the project testing, commissioning and inspection requirements
Assessment of systems' legal conformity.
On-site verification of execution according to good practices.
Interface with Site existing/ new utility infrastructures, ensure fluids' connections.
ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)

Good project integration experience:
organization, cost, time, schedule, contracting, procurement, qualification, validation, technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate via writing and oral communication at all levels.
