Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the client relationship and business development activities of the company.
  • Participate in clientfacing meetings and business development efforts including cross
- selling opportunities across all businesses.

  • Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in management of sales plans, contact lists and project databases.
  • Develop and build longterm professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients, leveraging company group network.
  • Develop and deliver high quality proposal documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in the constructionrelated field or Business/Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management or related project management background.
  • Extensive experience in bid process and have a strong real estate network, or network in architecture, construction, infrastructurerelated sector required
  • Excellent cross functional stakeholder management and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong logical ability structured and detailed though process.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills with excellent problemsolving ability.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under high pressure and constraint time, committed and process oriented
