Roles & Responsibilities
  • Salary from $3,500 to $4,500 [Salary will commensurate with experience & qualifications]
  • High Commissions + Incentives + bonuses (Gross Income of S$7,000 & above)
  • Structured training provided
  • Career progression to management role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs.
  • Adherence to established corporate policy procedures and guidelines.
  • To actively make outbound calls to present General Insurance products
  • To pro-actively highlight the unique selling features of every insurance plan
  • Understand customer's concern and address their needs through active listening.
  • Handle customer's objection professionally and to conduct sales call in a persuasive and engaging manner with customers to ensure closure
  • Strong ability and confidence to cross-sell (e.g. a 2nd insurance plan)
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
  • Apply diligence and integrity in the selling process to ensure sales calls conducted in accordance to the bank's quality assurance standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with BCP, PGI certificate (HI will be an advantage)
  • Equivalent with sales/ telesales/customer services experiences.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player and a self-motivated individual.
  • Sales driven and providing excellent customer service.
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
