Job Description:

Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel), a world-class multi-dimensional lifestyle destination in Singapore, is a
joint venture by Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand. Jewel is located at the gateway of Changi
Airport.

As the Finance Manager at Jewel Changi Airport, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial
planning, analysis, and treasury management. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
treasury operations of the company and providing strategic insights to support key business
decisions. This role reports directly to the Head, Finance and has one Assistant Finance Manager
reporting to it.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department
heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Create, maintain, and improve financial models to support long-term financial planning
and forecasting.

Analyze financial results, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights and
recommendations to senior management.

Prepare and present financial reports to the shareholders and board of directors.
Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has the necessary liquidity to

meet its financial obligations and strategic initiatives.
Manage banking relationships, optimize cash and investment strategies, and negotiate

banking terms.
Monitor and maintain the company's credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants

and regulations.

Skills/Knowledge Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
Audit experience with Big 4 preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a

managerial role.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Ability to think strategically and make data
- driven decisions.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Adaptable

and able to work effectively under pressure.
